we are here, and we are already on your team

And sometimes the hardest yet most powerful moment to start is when you’re not quite sure you’re ready to face the changes that have been quietly weighing on you. It’s okay if you’re not sure how to take the first step—most often, clarity stems from doing.

We strive to provide a space where you can open up about struggles that may feel hard, or near impossible to put into words. Even though life can feel isolating that doesn’t mean you have to go through it alone. We’re here to support you, to listen, and to help you build the strength and resilience needed to navigate whatever lies on the road ahead.

Where healing takes root

Therapy for teens, young adults, adults, & parents who are feeling stuck, uncertain, and anxious in their day-to-day. Whether you’re struggling to manage stress, grief, loss, self-doubt, relationship changes, drug-related challenges, or more. We are here to help!

Together, we’ll explore what’s not working or feeling quite right in your life, while gaining insight into the life experiences that shaped these protective patterns. Therapy will help you break free from feeling ‘stuck’ and clear a path for healing and growth to take place.

Rediscover Your Confidence

Rediscover Your Confidence

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when self-doubt creeps in with all of its ‘shoulds’ and expectations that feel so far out of reach. We work with adults who want to take a closer look at their lives—what’s working, what’s not, and what steps can lead to lasting change. Together, we’ll begin to uncover the confidence and clarity you need to move forward, while building on your resilience and unique strengths so that you can start to feel like you again.

Supporting Moms + Moms-in-Waiting

Whether you’re navigating the joys and challenges of new motherhood, facing infertility, or walking through postpartum struggles, we’re here to offer understanding and compassion. As a practice of parents who have navigated our own challenges (IVF, fertility treatments, preterm birth, emergency deliveries, multiples, and more) we can provide you a space where you feel safe, understood, and capable. You don’t have to carry these feelings alone—let’s work through them together.

Exploring Alcohol + Substance Use

Exploring Alcohol + Substance Use

Whether you’re sober-curious, or just interested in your, or your families, relationship with alcohol or drugs, we’re here to provide a safe space to explore without judgment. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to these recreational activities. No matter your age or where you are on your journey, we’ll support you in gaining insight and finding the balance that feels best for you, and your individual life goals.

Navigating Grief and Loss

Navigating Grief and Loss

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and there’s no clear expiration date on how long it will take to feel normal again. It takes many forms that are all equally as deserving of support.

Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one or a pet, the loss (or lack) of a pregnancy, the end of a relationship whether due to a betrayal or break-up, or even the absence of life you envisioned for yourself, we’re here to walk alongside you as you process, heal, and grow.

Parent Support for Lasting Change

Parent Support for Lasting Change

Parenting is a journey that can bring up memories, activate old emotions, and unresolved moments from our own childhoods. You’re committed to breaking generational cycles, and building a better future for your children, but getting out of your head and out of your own way is a lot easier said than done. You want to do better and you know you can’t keep doing it alone, and you don’t have to! We can work together to find the tools and strength to do just that.

Supporting Men + New Dads

Supporting Men + New Dads

For adult men who feel unfulfilled in their relationships, their work, or their life, therapy can be a space to explore those emotions—perhaps for the first time—and discover what connection and fulfillment truly mean for you.

New dads, we see you too. The postpartum period can feel overwhelming, with the pressure to support your family while managing your own emotions, which can feel insignificant after watching what your partner just went through. We’re here to help you navigate this challenging time with understanding and compassion. Your child will thank you for it later.

Growing up isn’t easy, and today’s teens are facing unique challenges. We specialize in working with tweens and teens dealing with anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism and those all-consuming worries, helping them not only feel understood but also better understand the way their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors work together to create harmony or dis-ease. The goal isn’t simply to make them feel better, but to get them better at feeling, so they are more prepared for whatever their future has in store. Together, we’ll explore new skills and strategies to increase support, so they can feel empowered to thrive in all areas of their lives!

Welcome to Our Practice

I (Jenna) founded our practice in 2019 with a clear vision: to create a space where each client is thoughtfully matched with the therapist who is best equipped to support their unique needs. While working in larger group practices, more often than not I was required to work with any client that called, regardless of whether their needs aligned with my training, expertise, or interest. While those experiences helped build my skills, it also left me feeling drained and disconnected from the meaningful work I truly wanted to do. And more often than not, I couldn’t tell if I was really helping, or just holding space. My dream was to be intentional about the clients I worked with, to ensure that I could offer the highest quality care. With that as my goal, I started Evergreen Therapy.

As the practice grew, I began working closely with a fellow therapist, Allison, who soon turned my solo practice into a (very) small group practice. Allison’s support has been invaluable in creating a collaborative and supportive environment for our clients. What started as a professional connection between two high school alumni has now blossomed into a close-knit team. And, most recently, we’ve welcomed Chris, ironically another high school alum, whose fresh perspective and enthusiasm has reenergized our practice

Together, we share a commitment to providing consistent, compassionate care while avoiding the burnout and turnover that often plague larger group practices. Our team is dedicated to offering a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. And, we are so glad that you found us!
